Tax Community
Bringing India's tax knowledge community together
Connect, contribute and learn. We are building a welcoming home for Chartered Accountants, tax experts, students, researchers and everyday taxpayers to share knowledge and build a more tax-aware India.
Why we are building this
A common platform for tax knowledge
India has no shortage of people who understand tax well — and no shortage of taxpayers who find it confusing. A shared, well-moderated platform can connect the two. These are the problems and opportunities that motivate the initiative:
Tax rules are often hard for ordinary taxpayers to follow, and small mistakes can be costly.
Useful knowledge is scattered across many websites, social platforms and professional circles.
Students and emerging professionals need real opportunities to demonstrate what they know.
Experienced professionals can meaningfully improve public understanding of how tax works.
Taxpayers deserve trustworthy, plain-language explanations tied to official sources.
Better awareness helps people take part in tax and public-finance conversations with confidence.

Can students contribute?
Yes. Students of commerce, accounting, taxation, law and finance are explicitly welcome to publish well-researched educational content.

No. Professional credentials are welcome but not required. We distinguish professional credentials from general community participation, and we do not claim every contributor is a verified expert.
Can I publish tax-related articles?
Yes, subject to editorial review for accuracy, originality and tone. Publishing permissions are granted separately from joining — expressing interest does not grant any special access.
Can I submit educational videos?
Where practical, yes — typically by sharing an approved external video link rather than uploading large files, so we keep the platform fast and secure.
How are contributions reviewed?
Tax-related educational contributions may be reviewed before publication. General educational information is not individualised professional tax advice.

Absolutely. Use the form below or the contact page to suggest a topic, a guide or a collaboration idea.
How can I contact the Union?
Use the form below, or the contact page for anything else. We read every message.
